About the Role

Our Brisbane office is currently seeking to appoint a Principal Engineer - Civil with significant engineering design experience, strong communication skills and the desire to lead and mentor both local and nationally. This is a pivotal role with the Brisbane Civil team to support the successful delivery of complex high-risk projects, provide technical expertise, develop and mentor a team.

We are looking for someone with …

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Chartered member (CPEng) of Institute of Engineers Australia
  • Ideally 15+ years demonstrated experience in civil engineering
  • Demonstrated experience at a senior level with strong negotiation and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of civil construction industry
  • An innovative and out of the box attitude to solutions and designs
  • Ability to critically assess, interpret and communicate information of a complex nature
  • Ability to develop and mentor staff
