You'll work on genuinely meaningful work alongside specialists in structural, civil and infrastructure engineering, construction services and digital engineering

Purpose of the Role

  • Provide front-of-house support, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, deliveries, and general office logistics.
  • Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and shared spaces to a professional standard.
  • Ensure kitchen, amenities, and common areas are well maintained and organised.
  • Coordinate ordering and management of office supplies, stationery, consumables and PPE.
  • Support Practice Directors and team members with general administrative tasks.
  • Assist with coordination of internal meetings, events, and team activities.
  • Maintain filing, archiving, and document management systems in line with ADG standards.
  • Ensure consistency with Business Support processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with formatting and preparation of project documentation, proposals and reports.
  • Provide administrative support to Engineers and project teams as required.
  • Assist with maintaining project records and documentation in line with QA requirements.
  • Support coordination of deadlines and submissions where required.

 

Ideal Experience

  • Ideally recognised relevant qualifications in business or similar area. For example, Cert IV in Business Administration or similar qualification is desirable
  • Current drivers’ licence essential
  • Senior certificate or equivalent
  • Attention to detail
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving/analytical skills
  • Intermediate level skills with MS Office
