Based at our Gold Coast office, located at Southport we are looking for a Structural Engineering Graduate to join our busy and growing Structural Team. 

In this role you will:

  • Assist Senior Engineers and Project Managers to plan, manage and successfully deliver engineering projects.
  • Contribute to meeting client requirements and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to project outcomes through the monitoring of scope, quality, costs and schedule to ensure a successful and profitable project.   
  • Assist in the tracking of project progress, including quality, costs and schedule to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded on a consistent basis. 
  • Be responsible for liaising between disciplines and project team members (both internal and external) to ensure the design and documentation is consistent and coordinated.
  • Contribute to the development of design documentation, including design reports, drawings, specifications, and schedules of quantities/estimates.
  • Be responsible for undertaking site inspections.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of construction methodology to inform design.   
  • Assist in the development of fee proposals and tender submissions, as required.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in civil/Structural Engineering
  • Eligibility for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
  • A desire to attain RPEO / CPEng status in the future.
