About the Role
We are inviting a Senior Project Support Coordinator (NT/WA) to join our corporate team at ADG. In this role, you will report to the Major Projects and Business Support Manager and provide various administrative and general support functions across the WA Practice and wider business nationally.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide support for project-related administrative activities within the ADG practices, ensuring all required outcomes are achieved with minimal supervision.
- Assist from project proposal entry into the ADG system through processes including fees/tenders, variations, forecasting, invoicing coordination, contract management (processing agreements, preparing sub-contractor and sub-consultant agreements), correspondence (reports, specifications), reporting, and coordinating design and inspection compliance.
- Engage with internal and external clients, adopting a corporate approach toward continuous improvement of administrative and project processes within ADG. Actively participate in process improvement activities within the Business Support team to streamline processes and systems across the organization.
- Serve as an ambassador of the ADG culture, exemplifying agreed values to all team members. Ensure that work produced and services provided align with ADG values.
- Manage daily tasks at both branch and national levels to provide specific and overflow support as needed. Take ownership of ADG practices to facilitate ongoing improvements in processes and procedures, supporting the team and the Practice Director.
- Offer administrative support to the Practice Directors to ensure smooth operation of the region, including event coordination and general administrative tasks such as reporting, scanning, printing, and maintaining practice operations.
About the Person
As an Senior Project Support Coordinator, you will facilitate project administrative activities in the ADG practice. Your main duty is to ensure efficient achievement of project outcomes with minimal supervision. Your proactive approach and attention to detail are crucial for project success and supporting ADG objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally recognised relevant qualifications in business or similar area. E.g. Cert IV in Business Administration or similar qualification is desirable but not compulsory.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role and professional services environment
- Proven project support experience in a busy and diverse environment
- Ability to mentor other junior Business Support team members
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail and Results driven
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communications skills
