About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join our Darwin Office. Reporting to the Practice Director, the purpose of the role is to be responsible for undertaking varied engineering tasks as part of a project team successfully delivering to our client’s requirements. 

This role will also be responsible for achieving technical and project management outcomes under the mentorship of senior staff.

We are looking for someone with…

  • A desire to progress their career and help continue to drive excellence amongst our team
  • A passion for what they do and working in a team environment to achieve high performance outcomes
  • Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering
  • Eligible for membership of Engineers Australia or equivalent
  • Desire to attain CPEng status 
  • 3 - 5+ years of Structural engineering design experience
  • Knowledge of construction methods and their impact on design
  • Ability and desire to prepare designs that are innovative and to a high standard
  • Experience in liaising with project managers and architects effectively
  • Ability to think and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships at different levels within client organisations
